The service provides immediate computer access to all current listing and sold information. A public web site is available for customers, while the primary site, for REALTORS® only, provides more detailed information. Forms Generation System (FGS):
The FGS is a service provided to the Realtor members of the Walker County Board of REALTORS® as a benefit of membership. The system simplifies the process of creating and sending professional forms such as contracts, addendums, consumer information brochures, etc. Since the system is Web-based, the REALTOR® has access to it from home as well as on the go.

Education: Educational programs are offered by the Board year round. Continuing Education classes are offered semi-annually, New Member Orientation is offered quarterly, and Code of Ethics Training is offered semi-annually.

REALTOR® Awards: Each year, the Board recognizes REALTORS® who are outstanding in their dedication to the profession. Presentations are made at the year-end Christmas Banquet in December.

Membership Meetings: Quarterly the Board hosts a Members Luncheon to conduct business and to host special events including Special Presentations, and Installation of Officers.

Board Web Site: The Board web site directs visitors to Walker Area Board agents, offices, affiliate members, and listings as well as a wealth of other information of value to home buyers and sellers.

Grievances and Arbitration: Members of the Board have recourse in Code of Ethics and other disputes through the grievance and arbitration process. Volunteers serve on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees to help bring disputes to resolution.
