Late Fees Apply After FEBRUARY 15 For your convenience, we have provided a credit card payment option through PayPal. For those of you who have used PayPal, you already know how easy it is, for those who may be new to PayPal, just follow the prompts to easily pay your dues with your credit card. **The convenience fee below is the charge (% fee) that the credit card processor charges us. We have simply passed this fee onto the members who wish to use their credit cards. We would like to urge all members to contribute at least your minimum amount to ARPAC. If you have had a blessed year, please contribute more. These legislatures work very hard every day on our behalf. Everyone will still be mailed an invoice should you choose to pay by check.
